Social rights and services:
 
  1. Pecuniary assistance to beneficiaries of assistance and care supplement and to personal disability allowance beneficiaries
  2. Pecuniary assistance to the beneficiaries with the right to parent caregiver or caregiver status
  3. Pecuniary assistance for personal needs (pocket money) for beneficiaries of homes for the elderly  
  4. Housing allowance
  5. Heating allowance
  6. Infant formula assistance for children – this right is exercised by parents or guardians of children under 12 months of age.
  7. Family package assistance
  8. Soup kitchens can be used by the beneficiaries of the guaranteed minimum benefit.
  9. Children gift packages on the occasion of Easter and St. Nicholas Day for every child under 12 years of age.
  10. Right to free annual ZET public transport subscription
